Arrangement IV / Babymoons
Before everything changes, a little stillness.
A thoughtful babymoon has less on the schedule. Lauren starts with your preferred travel window and the guidance of your care team, then considers the flight, transfer, room and rhythm of each day.
Fewer moves. Longer mornings. Time for two.
A sample journey / Not a fixed itinerary
A sample arrangement: Los Cabos at twenty-two weeks
Baja California Sur, February
Six days

Day 1
A two-hour flight
Nonstop from Orange County to Los Cabos, two hours and twenty minutes. A car at the curb, thirty minutes to a resort on the corridor with a private hospital ten minutes away. Ground-floor suite, a plunge pool off the terrace, dinner in the room.
Days 2 to 3
Two slow days
Breakfast on the terrace, the spa in the late morning with the prenatal protocol Lauren sent ahead, a shaded daybed by the calmer pool. One dinner out, at a garden restaurant in San José del Cabo's art district.
Day 4
The whales, from the shore
The humpbacks winter off the cape from December to March and pass close enough to watch from a shaded point on the corridor, with a thermos and nowhere to be. Afternoon nap. Dinner at a farm restaurant in the hills above San José.
Day 5
Nothing planned
Lauren leaves this day empty on purpose. The kitchen has the list, the concierge has her number, and the only appointment is a late lunch under the palapa.
Day 6
The journey home
Late check-out requested through the office, subject to availability, with a place to rest if the room is needed earlier. The car is timed to the confirmed flight. Any follow-up care remains with your own clinician.
Every arrangement is priced to its details. Lauren shares a clear proposal, with each cost set out, after the first conversation.
An illustration of how the trip could take shape, not a bookable package or a record of client travel. Dates, availability and the final price are established in conversation.
Behind the itinerary
What Lauren
considers.
- 01Dates and destination considered after guidance from your own care team; airline requirements checked before booking.
- 02A short nonstop flight where available, an aisle seat and a private transfer rather than a shuttle.
- 03Nearby care information gathered for you to review with your clinician, alongside the property’s room layout and access.
- 04The room chosen for the walk to it: fewer stairs and short distances to the restaurant and shaded outdoor spaces.
- 05Your clinician-approved preferences communicated to the spa and kitchen before arrival.
Lauren arranges travel, not medical advice. Destination, timing and activities should be approved by your own care team.
A note from Lauren
I plan babymoons the way I would want mine planned. Close, calm and quiet about the details. I want the hospital within forty minutes and the pool within forty steps. I want the airline's paperwork done before discussing restaurants. And I want one thing on the trip that is only about the two of you, which is usually a long lunch with nowhere to be afterward.
