What the inquiry collects

The application collects your name, email, travel interests, traveling party, timing and investment range, along with any trip notes you choose to include. Optional fields include party size, phone number and the name of the person who introduced you. The submission also records browser information to help protect and operate the service. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details or medical records.

How it is used

Lauren uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential arrangement. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or commit you to a booking.

Where it goes

The site runs on Vercel. Inquiry details are stored in Supabase and processed through Resend to send a notification and an acknowledgment email. These service providers process information to operate the inquiry service. When planning proceeds, relevant details may need to be shared with Sheri Gottschalk Travel Group, Cadence and travel providers to arrange the trip.

Cookies and site tools

The public site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or chat widgets. The private administration area uses authentication cookies. Hosting systems may process technical request logs to maintain the site.

Access, corrections and deletion

To ask about information shared through this site, request a correction or request deletion, email lauren@destinationsbylauren.com. Information needed for an active arrangement or applicable recordkeeping requirements may need to be retained.
